I provide businesses and individuals with yoga and mindfulness programing that supports the well-being of their employees, leadership teams, and communities.
As a yoga teacher and workshop leader, I am driven by the understanding that physical and mental wellbeing are inseparable. My yoga instruction and workplace wellness workshops place an emphasis on personal growth and fostering a sense of respect for ourselves and others.
What is Workplace Yoga?
Workplace yoga is a form of wellness programming that teaches yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises to the staff or customers of corporations and non-profit organizations. Yoga classes and/or workshops are a cost-effective wellness strategy that enhances the mental and physical well-being of the workplace as a whole by helping reduce stress, foster empathy, and increase resilience and focus. Ultimately, a regular yoga practice helps develop deeper awareness of our mental and physical needs by offering tools for mindful stress management and decision making.

I offer in-person and online yoga classes, workshops, and retreats designed with fast-paced work environments in mind. Together we can create a customized yoga program for your company’s staff, leadership teams, or clients.
Offerings
Workplace Yoga Instruction and Workshops: With your guidance, I create a customized program to meet the needs of your company’s staff, leadership teams, or clients. In addition to yoga classes, I offer workshops and retreats related to yoga, mindfulness, the art and science of making change, writing, team building, and more. My background of more than a decade in higher education and organizational research helps me tailor my services to you. Private Yoga Instruction: If you are seeking to deepen your own practice or reach specific goals, I offer private movement and mindfulness instruction to individuals and small groups. All of my private yoga packages are available in person or online and come with an initial intake assessment and customized practices that I develop for your personal goals.
Online Yoga Instruction: Join me weekly on Zoom for group yoga instruction. On Tuesdays at 10:30am EST, we gather for a gentle flow, and on Thursdays at 10:30am EST we build heat and strength in a dynamic, all-levels class. Classes are $10. Replays are free for my Zoom students!
Community Engagement: My community outreach program offers free yoga classes for non-profit and other mission-driven, community-based organizations. If your organization is interested in hosting a yoga event for your employees or community, please contact me for a consultation.
